I needed to have my annual backflow prevention testing done. The gentleman were friendly and professional. They even went and made sure I had no leaks with my toilets and under all the sinks.I can't praise them enough.

Tim and Jason updated some galvanized pipes to PVC, removed my old dishwasher, installed my new dishwasher, and updated the plumbing under my kitchen sink. They were extremely professional, answered all my questions, and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. All the new stuff looks great! Great job all around, will definitely be calling them for all my future plumbing needs.

This is our second time using Priority Plumbing and Drain and will not be our last. Tim was our technician and he was personable, friendly, transparent, and did an absolutely amazing job fixing our garbage disposal, fixing a hot water issue with our washing machine, and fixing some other plumbing issues we had around the house.The price was reasonable and fair for all of the work we had done and we are extremely satisfied. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work. They also offer financing options and great warranty's.

Tim was able to come over within the hour. Was courteous and professional. He established the price before doing the repair so there were no surprises. Even though the screws that he encountered were stripped, he was able to remove them put in new ones. I’m highly impressed with how quick he was here, the time it took to get the job done, the price and leaving the area clean when he was finished.

I contacted Priority Plumbing when I had a water heater leak and lack of hot water. They came out quickly (within the same weekend), were thorough and professional, and outlined my options. Very responsive to my needs. They arrived the next day exactly as promised and repaired three toilets and installed three new faucets. The work was done professionally by master plumbers. No complaints at all. Zach and Tim were a terrific team, finishing the work in what I would describe as record time. Even so, they were careful to get everything right and guaranteed their work. I highly recommend!

I contacted Priority Plumbing when I had a pipe leak and corroding water heater (resulting in no hot water). They were thorough, punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing was definitely fair, and they did a fantastic job! I couldn’t be happier with their work, and will absolutely hire them again for any future maintenance or issues.

Needed my well pressure tank replaced. They did it at a great price and made sure I opted to have the pressure gauge and switch replaced since they were just as old as the pressure tank. They did look somewhat corroded. They took their time to adjust the pressure switch settings and make sure there weren't any leaks. They were right, the new tank works great and the pressure switch no longer turns on and off constantly. I highly recommend this company to anybody that wants folks that make sure things are done right at a fair price.

Not sure what various plumbing services cost but pricing seemed fair, especially since this service was done in less than 24hrs from my call. Priority plumbing was very responsive, professional, and friendly. They quickly diagnosed and solved my plumbing problem. I would definitely call them again, although I hope I don't have to, and would confidently recommend them if asked.

I talked to Zach in morning, and had a two man crew out to my house the same afternoon. They fixed my slow drain and and cleaned up the job. They texted me before they got there . They where very nice to deal with and will use them again.

Zach was very informative and was able to work my schedule to get his crew out to remove and reinstall a toilet in my house. When Tim arrived, he was very professional and put shoe covers on immediately upon entering my home, explained everything that he would be doing and asked if i had any questions. He was very thorough and did amazing work.

Dino came over yesterday for quick assessment of broken water heater and explained everything that needed to be done to get my house in working order. Today Dino and Tim showed up was very courteous and friendly and promptly got to work. They finished the job cleaned the mess and was very professional and had no problems explaining questions I had. Thanks again to them and I see why our neighborhood uses them so often. Will be calling them soon to work additional plumbing issues identified.

Zach is super responsive to requests at all times/days and extremely efficient for scheduling and troubleshooting. Explains everything well and manages expectations wirh up front cost and effort estimates. The guys he sent - Tim and Dino I believe - were sent here for the second time and both times they were amazing. Prompt, efficient, nice, professional, and low maintenance. Also ensured cost was understood and okay before proceeding on any action. Very respectful people I would trust without being home. Costs beyond reasonable and fairly priced in my opinion. Highly recommend.

When my toddler flushed a washcloth down the toilet…*face palm* I didn’t know what we would do to get it out because I’m not a plumber. This company was very prompt, professional and got the job done in such quick timing! I would recommend them to anyone in a pinch. Super kind and honest. Thank you for your help!!! They also recognized a water pressure issue, and pointed me in the right direction to get that fixed. Above and beyond- you can’t find service like this just anywhere! The day after thanksgiving is not the best time to need a plumber. Most I called were closed. Zach took the call and scheduled it for between 1-5 the same day. They arrived within the time frame and took care of the job quickly and without a mess. Price was fair for same day service. I wasnt charged extra for emergency service or holiday service which was a pleasant surprise. I would recommend

Priority plumbing is fast, professional. They even alerted us to a free Faucet replacement as it was still in warranty. I will definitely call them again if needed. I highly recommend them. They may not be the cheapest but the quality of service, timeliness and efficiency are worth it.
